If the President wishes to blame anyone than he can blame he and his Republican party. When you are reckless with the economy and start a war based on lie, this drains our government finances and places a burden on the American Taxpayers. Those CEOs who walked away with millions should be required by law to give back their millions and their assests should be seized.
